When submitting your challenge, please be sure to review your submission to ensure that all challenge requirements have been met. This may include, but not limited to:
Using the correct featured product
Using all required hashtags and mentions
Film in natural light or outdoors
No effects or filters
Show brand’s logo
Video dimensions are not cropped
Challenge requirements vary by campaign and may include featuring a specific product, retailer, type of content, or keywords. For example, if a challenge asks you to pick up the product at Costco, your video should highlight both the product and Costco. To be eligible for a reward, your video must meet all of the listed requirements.
💡Tip: Example links are for inspiration only. They do not replace or override the challenge or content requirements, so be sure to follow all instructions outlined in the challenge description.

Audio issues
Audio issues
The sound isn't licensed for commercial use. Even if a sound is available in an editing app like CapCut or your phone's native editor, that doesn't guarantee it's cleared for commercial/brand content. Stick to sounds from our commercial sound library to avoid this.
Audio quality is too low for our team to verify what's being said, or there's no audio/dialogue when the challenge brief requires it.
Product & brand visibility
Product & brand visibility
The required product, packaging, or logo isn't clearly visible. Most challenges require the product to be in-frame and identifiable for a minimum amount of time — a quick flash isn't enough.
Packaging or labeling requirements aren't met, especially for food and beverage challenges. Packaging generally needs to stay visible, undamaged, and unaltered on camera.
Format & technical issues
Format & technical issues
Wrong aspect ratio or resolution — make sure your video is 9:16 aspect ratio, and does not feature black bars along the sides. See here for more information.
Video is too short or too long for the challenge requirements.
Duplicate or already-claimed content
Duplicate or already-claimed content
You've already submitted this video before, even with small edits. Resubmitting the same core content will typically be flagged.
The content was already posted or claimed elsewhere — each submission needs to be original to that specific challenge claim and user.
Doesn't match the challenge brief or Challenge not completed
Doesn't match the challenge brief or Challenge not completed
A required element from the brief is missing — a specific mention, action, scene, or callout the brand asked for. Re-read the full challenge brief before resubmitting; it's easy to miss a requirement buried in the details.
The challenge requires a store visit.
The challenge requires a store visit.
If the challenge instructs you to “Grab a product from this store,” “Bring us along to this store,” “Head to this store to pick up,” or similar, your content must include a store run, even if it is not explicitly listed in the content requirements.
If you have received a notification that your submission did not meet requirements, please update your video and resubmit your submission! We'll review your submission again for your reward.
