When submitting your challenge, please be sure to review your submission to ensure that all challenge requirements have been met. This may include, but not limited to:

  • Using the correct featured product

  • Using all required hashtags and mentions

  • Film in natural light or outdoors

  • No effects or filters

  • Show brand’s logo

  • Video dimensions are not cropped

Challenge requirements vary by campaign and may include featuring a specific product, retailer, type of content, or keywords. For example, if a challenge asks you to pick up the product at Costco, your video should highlight both the product and Costco. To be eligible for a reward, your video must meet all of the listed requirements.

What does "Challenge not completed" mean?

If you received a notification stating your submission wasn’t accepted because the “challenge was not completed,” it means your video didn’t fully meet the requirements outlined in the prompt. We recommend reviewing the challenge details closely and ensuring your video clearly fulfills all aspects before resubmitting.

If you have received a notification that your submission did not meet requirements, please update your video and resubmit your submission! We'll review your submission again for your reward.
