On your Profile, head to "Cash Out" to either cash out your earnings directly to your bank account, or purchase a gift card. You will be required to complete your Stripe ID verification in order to withdraw your earnings or purchase a gift card.
Processing Fee
Users may see a processing fee when withdrawing earnings as cash. Previously, Kale absorbed the full cost of bank transfer processing through our payment provider. Cash withdrawals will include a 3% processing fee, capped at a maximum of $3 per transaction. This helps support payout processing and allows us to continue improving rewards and redemption options across Kale.
The processing fee only applies to cash withdrawals and does not apply to gift card redemptions.
