If you’re seeing an “Unable to Pull Insights” message, it usually means we’re unable to retrieve engagement data from your connected social media account.
This can happen when a social media platform doesn’t properly generate or refresh performance data for a post or account. When that happens, we may not be able to accurately track performance or process rewards.
How to Fix It
Reconnect your social media account by:
Fully unlinking the account from Kale in your Settings
2. Linking the account again
Reconnecting refreshes the connection between Kale and the social media platform, which can help restore access to your engagement data.
Once you reconnect, you do not need to resubmit your challenge.
